Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management seeks a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP) to provide regulatory supervision and oversee advisor training across a national program. You will lead development activities, coach trajectories, and drive pipeline and client acquisition while ensuring compliance and risk management.

You will mentor advisor trainees, partner with senior leaders, and help implement performance management and sales growth strategies in a fast-paced market.

  • Series 7 & 66 (63 and 65) required and Series 9 & 10 or (4, 24, 53 combination).If Series 9 & 10 not currently held, must be obtained within 120 days.
  • Travel required: Will vary depending on geography

Responsibilities

  • Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors
  • Ensure ADP participants are meeting and achieving hurdles
  • Lead training and develop activities, tools, and routines to enable Advisor Trainee productivity
  • Personal involvement with ADP participants who require heightened support to achieve success
  • Help reinforce compliance, supervision, and provide risk management support of ADP participants
  • Lead pipeline management routines with teams and coach on pipeline execution
  • Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships Strategy & Accountability

  • Accountable to support market results, while maintaining strict consistency with national programs
  • Coaching and Development: Work closely with advisor trainees, coaching for successful professional growth and development. Build and manage relationships across the franchise.
  • Coach and counsel Advisor Trainees on strategic business drivers.
  • Sales Force Expansion: Support sales management in executing sale force growth plans and support effective Advisor recruiting strategies.

Job Description:
As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will:
