Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Data Science, or Business.
• 2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem solving required.

Responsibilities

• Research property attributes and ownership information, updating records.
• Operationalize data processes for ad-hoc analyses.
• Track market information and prepare market reports (monthly, quarterly, client-specific).
• Collaborate with Location Intelligence (GIS) team on dashboards and data visualization for presentations.
• Leverage data for client strategy and client communications; identify improvements and thought leadership opportunities.
• Enhance research activities and processes, tracking market and building-level activity.
• Assist in enhancing the proprietary database and data entry processes.
• Translate data into insights for clients and support communications with clients.
• Drive data standardization for marketing and industry collateral.
