About the Role

Through hands‑on training and expert guidance, you’ll develop the skills to assess complex risks for large and multinational organizations. You’ll learn how to negotiate coverage, evaluate exposures, and determine pricing and terms - while building expertise, confidence, and long-term value as an underwriter.

Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing a business‑related bachelor's degree and on track to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027

The salary for this position is $94,900.00, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
