Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Market Supervisor for Equipment Services to lead a team of technicians across THD stores, MDOs, FMOs and external customers. You will drive safety, quality maintenance, and operational excellence under guidance from the RESM, aligning staffing, training, and talent development with the business plan.

You will communicate across levels, balance priorities, and foster a One Home Depot culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of experience repairing equipment and performing preventive maintenance on industrial/commercial equipment.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with operator certifications and licenses.
• Lead technicians, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance feedback and development planning.
• Drive operational execution by engaging store leadership, monitoring metrics, and managing parts inventory and work orders.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians, coordinate with RESM and HR for staffing, onboarding, and training.
