Job summary

LifePoint Health's Denver Springs in Englewood, CO seeks a Market Director to lead facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites. The role oversees trades, risk management, and safety drills while coordinating on-call coverage for off-hour needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant operations within a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (JCAHO, CMS, NFPA, state).
• Ability to lead, supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, functional, clean facilities for patients and staff.
• Oversee painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, grounds, janitorial, and dietary tasks.
• Conduct inspections, obtain quotes, oversee projects and ensure compliance with standards.
