Wonder is seeking a Market Director to lead operational excellence across a multi-site restaurant region. You will guide restaurant leadership, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations, planning, and profitability.

You will manage a Senior Operations Leaders team, develop talent, and ensure strong P&L performance while standardizing processes across locations. This role requires travel and cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven leadership in developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing market-level P&L and driving profitability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to travel frequently across the market to maintain operational oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
