As a Market Development Representative (MDR) at Rad AI, you'll be on the front lines of our growth engine — converting interest into qualified pipeline and high-quality meetings for our Sales team. You'll engage radiology groups and health systems, educating prospects on Rad AI's solutions and creating meaningful entry points for our reps.
This is an individual contributor role with clear meeting targets, structured outbound prospecting, and inbound follow-up ownership. You'll serve as a key connector between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps — and while you won't be building the function from scratch, you'll have real influence over our playbooks, messaging, and best practices as we scale.
