ADM in Decatur, IL seeks a Market Development Manager to drive growth of the North America protein business. The role partners with sales, marketing, regulatory, and CD&D, reporting to the VP, Protein North America, located in Decatur, IL.
This position requires market access, data analytics, and strategic execution with a strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset. Travel up to 20% is expected.
Within the Nutrition business unit, the plant-based protein business has a mission to be the global leader in non-meat based proteins, developing novel solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of consumers. The Market Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth of the North America Protein business. Additionally, the position will interact with global nutrition colleagues across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and creation, design and development (CD&D). The position reports directly to the VP, Protein North America and will be located in Decatur, IL.
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $96,200.00 - $178,000.00
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan.
