The Campbell's Company in Wisconsin is seeking an Independent Distributor Partner Engagement professional to build IDP relationships and drive sales growth. You will lead route consultations, support planning, and identify opportunities across channels.
You will analyze retailer data, coordinate plans, and communicate insights. A background in sales/CPG, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint are required, with some travel expected.

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $67,000-$92,200. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
