Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of market data experience and/or financial services industry exposure.

• Ability to translate policies and contractual language into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with financial data concepts and industry practices is helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a professional financial services environment.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
• Curiosity about customer needs and vendor requirements.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with data in a business context (reporting/analysis) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifying exchange pricing and policy changes and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making
• Interpreting exchange policies and requirements and applying them to internal processes and applications
• Working with exchanges to review and evaluate how applications use market data, ensuring compliance with vendor policies
• Managing relationships with exchanges and maintaining effective communication
• Assisting with monthly exchange reporting and usage monitoring for transparency and accuracy
• Coordinating contract administration workflows with partner teams
• Consulting with business partners on new and changing use cases to align with exchange policies
• Managing projects and driving initiatives to improve processes and outcomes
