Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Market Clinical Advisor to lead clinical programming and identify market-driven opportunities within a geographic market. The role oversees the team’s clinical success and drives innovation, ensuring the highest care standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with national teams and center leadership to implement strategic quality improvements, coaching on care delivery, and ensuring regulatory compliance across centers.

Qualifications

• RN license in all states served is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt certification preferred or commitment to obtain at least Yellow Belt.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for clinical programming and market-driven clinical niches.
• Collaborate with national teams, BD, HR, finance, and legal to develop strategic plans for quality improvement.
• Ensure centers comply with city, state, and federal regulations and address findings from Quality Reviews.
• Maintain familiarity with clinical operations expectations to meet regulatory and contractual obligations.
