Job summary

Ideal Markets in Kentucky seeks a Market Associate to be the welcoming face of our stores, greeting guests and delivering a great customer experience in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You will learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions, supporting a team that values exceptional service. Full- and part-time options are available to fit varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Cashier experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 20 years old due to Alcohol Sales.
• Able and willing to work all shifts to cover when needed.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred to provide customer assistance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

As a Market Associate, you are the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits our stores. You will provide a great customer experience in a clean, friendly, fast-paced work environment. Our associates are provided with opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions. Full- and part-time work is available to fit almost any schedule.
