Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks a Market Manager to lead a team of part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors, overseeing staffing, training and performance in an assigned market.

You will hire and develop team members, manage training, reports, and client relationships, and drive activation results through in-market sampling events and strong execution.

Travel up to 50% may be required as part of market coverage and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 2–4 years of experience
• Experience in alcohol/beverage industry preferred
• Experience in agency, retail, CPG or CE environment
• Strong recruitment, interviewing, and training skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors
• Plan weekly schedules and events for sampling
• Monitor training and development; ensure reporting
• Travel up to 50% in-market assignments
