Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Economics, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to address client business questions.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify key insights and trends.
• Develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and other project deliverables.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and strategy development discussions.
• Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client and internal meetings.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines.
• Support business development and practice development initiatives as needed.
