Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking experienced Tactical Small Craft Training Instructors to support U.S. Marine Corps Reserve operations in Galveston, Texas. Candidates will provide tactical instruction and operational support while ensuring safe training environments.

Ideal candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant maritime experience and possess formal instructor qualifications. The position offers standard Monday-Friday hours with occasional travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years documented tactical small boat experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Experience with vessels ranging from 24'–36' in length.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical small craft instruction and operational support to military personnel.
• Evaluate crew proficiency and ensure safe execution of maritime operations.
• Assist with training management and operational readiness assessments.

Skills

Tactical small boat experience
