Job summary

Amphitrite Resource Group, LLC, based in New Orleans, seeks a Maritime Quality Safety Administrator to lead ISO/ISM compliance and safety oversight across the fleet. The role reports to the Vice President of Marine Operations and works with corporate staff and shipboard officers to uphold professional standards.

The QSA will manage audits, document control, training programs, and environmental targets, ensuring certification readiness and continual improvement in safety and quality management

Qualifications

• Strong maritime background with knowledge of ISM and ISO 9001/14001.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Administer management system to ensure ISM/ISO certification.
• Maintain and distribute system documentation.
• Monitor environmental targets and quality objectives.
• Oversee internal and external management system audits.
• Maintain document and data control systems.
• Track non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Provide training on management systems.
• Develop tabletop exercises for preparedness.
• Chair the Quality, Safety and Environmental Committee.
• Support daily fleet operations and regulatory compliance.
