Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking an Operations Maritimes Planner to support the SCOPES Program at USSOUTHCOM. You will plan, coordinate, and synchronize maritime operations across the theater, delivering senior-level situational awareness and decision support.

Collaboration with naval, coast guard, joint, coalition, and interagency partners is essential to maintain the maritime picture. You will monitor activities, assess requirements, and advise on actions to maintain unity of effort.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 3+ years of military experience in maritime or Coast Guard operations.
• Experience planning and synchronizing current maritime operations for joint or multinational missions.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced operational environments and support crisis or contingency operations.
• Knowledge of joint doctrine and coordination with higher headquarters and interagency partners.
• Familiarity with C2 systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience developing executive-level reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and synchronize current maritime operations to maintain an accurate maritime operational picture.
• Collect, analyze, and integrate information from Joint, coalition, and interagency partners to identify significant activities and impacts.
• Coordinate with maritime commands and mission partners to synchronize operations and support execution.
• Prepare and deliver operational reports, executive summaries, briefings, and other decision support products for leaders.
• Monitor emerging requirements, identify risks, and recommend actions for timely decision-making.
• Utilize C2 systems and maritime domain tools to maintain situational awareness and support operations.
• Advise commanders on maritime developments and coordination needs to enhance effectiveness.
