Callan Marine Ltd. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and recording of business contracts including customer, subcontractor, and master service agreements.

The role requires reviewing contracts for compliance, managing renewals, and guiding negotiation strategy to align with company goals. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and extensive experience in the construction and maritime sectors, including dredging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 3+ years in dredging and/or maritime industry.
• 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the contracting process from scope, schedule, and price with sales and accounting to final execution or termination.
• Review, red-line, and negotiate terms to mitigate contractual risk in customer construction and/or dredging contracts.
• Review and prepare routine contract documents for subcontractors and third-party entities.
• Assist in the resolution process of any contract-related disputes or issues.
• Meet with project teams to proactively manage contracts and strategy before change orders.
