Job summary

Moore & Company, P.A. in Coral Gables seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years' experience in maritime and aviation law to join its active practice.

You will handle sophisticated maritime litigation and transactional matters, collaborate with senior maritime attorneys, and appear in state and federal court as well as transactional work involving vessels and the maritime industry.

Florida Bar in good standing and fluent Spanish are desirable assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably involving litigation, maritime law, or a related practice area.
• Experience practicing in federal court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
• Active membership in The Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Fluency in Spanish is desirable

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated maritime litigation and transactional matters, with a significant focus on the yachting industry. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced maritime attorneys and will have meaningful responsibility for matters in both state and federal court, as well as transactional matters involving vessels and the maritime industry.
