Job summary

Penn Terminals, Inc. is seeking an experienced forklift operator to join our team in a full-time, on-site role in Pennsylvania. You will operate forklifts (3,500–55,000 lb), and an Ottawa-style yard jockey, ensuring safe handling of containers and cargo in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is able to work nights and weekends, possesses a TWIC and demonstrates strong safety and teamwork skills. This position requires relocation to Eddystone, PA before starting work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid TWIC credential and be able to operate material handling equipment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Experience with forklifts and yard jockey equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive forklifts ranging from 3,500 to 55,000 lb capacity.
• Operate Ottawa style Yard Jockey Truck (Yard Hustler).

This is a Union position. Membership in IBOB Local 802 is mandatory after 30 calendar days.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other team members to do the same.
• Safely drive forklifts ranging from 3,500 to 55,000 LB capacity Safely drive an Ottawa style Yard Jockey Truck (aka "Yard Hustler")
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must currently have a valid TWIC.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Must be capable of using material handling technology.
