Qualifications

• Mechanical experience in a marine setting preferred.
• Knowledge of marine engines and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on marine engines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vessels.
• Explain repairs and provide updates to customers.
• Perform building maintenance, groundskeeping, and dock-related tasks.
• Support all marina operations and customer-facing activities.
• Assist with fleet maintenance of marina vehicles and equipment.
