Skier’s Marine is seeking a skilled Marine Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a range of boats and engines. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, communicate repair needs to customers, and ensure every vessel meets safety and performance standards.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with marine engines, diagnostic tools, and a passion for boating technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a marine technician or mechanic.
• Strong understanding of marine engines and systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on marine engines and systems.
• Diagnose using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect boats and engines to ensure safety and performance.
• Explain repair needs and provide estimates to customers.
• Document parts used, labor hours, and findings.
• Order and manage parts inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service staff.
