William E Munson Company Inc is hiring a Marine Systems Technician to join a team building welded aluminum boats for global clients, including fire/rescue and USCG-certified vessels. The role features a four-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 10-hour shifts), a $5,000 signing bonus, and a structured, safe production environment.

You will install and integrate mechanical, electrical, propulsion, plumbing, and marine hardware while reading blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine mechanical, electrical, or systems installation.
• Knowledge of marine propulsion, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

Responsabilités

• Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, propulsion, plumbing, and carpentry systems aboard our boats.
• Work with diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems.
• Assemble and install steering, control systems, and marine hardware.
• Read installation instructions and interpret schematics and system diagrams.
• Ensure systems meet safety, performance, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Our boats are assembled in a state of the art production facility with radiant floor heat providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.

This is afull-timeopportunity with afour-day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts),allowing for a great work-life balance with a three day weekend every week.
