Job summary

Kokosing is seeking experienced Pile Drivers in Chesapeake, VA; positions in Chesapeake, Hopewell, VA, and Baltimore, MD. Operate pile drivers mounted on skids, barges, or cranes to drive pilings for retaining walls, bulkheads, and foundations of bridges and piers.

Ideal candidates will understand English, have marine pile driving experience with concrete, H-pile, and pipe piles, and be able to perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine pile driving, including concrete, H-pile and pipe piles.
• Ability to perform essential duties safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate pile drivers mounted on various equipment to drive pilings.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and work in a heavy construction environment.
• Assist in position piling leads and operate associated controls.
