Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, computer experience, and a valid driver’s license with a TWIC card. SAP experience and forklift license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Computer experience required.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Training in SAP preferred.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license & TWIC card required.

Responsibilities

• Support Marine Supply Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Receive and process customer orders; ensure accuracy and communicate with customers as needed.
• Load customer orders onto crew boat or dock as appropriate.
• Maintain stock items and procure non-stock items.
• Verify items received and process paperwork.
• Prepare palletized shipments and complete related paperwork.
• Handle customer complaints or issues.
• Deliver supplies as requested and keep warehouses clean.
• Follow maintenance and safety checklists; report issues to Marine Operations Manager.
• Shift work: 3 days days, 3 nights, 3 days off.
