Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Legal eligibility to operate both a motor vehicle and a motorboat in South Carolina, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and any required boating credentials.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong spatial awareness and attention to surroundings to ensure safety while handling boats and equipment.
  • The ability to work independently, follow procedures, and recognize when to report or raise an issue.
  • A willingness to perform physically demanding work outdoors in changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Safely moving, launching, retrieving, and positioning boats and marine equipment.
  • Performing physically demanding outdoor tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, pulling lines, and working around docks and boats in varying weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

As a Marine Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a top-notch experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
