Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Basic machine shop experience with vertical mill, lathe, and shop tools.
• Experience working in a lab with environmental chambers and electrical/mechanical tests is a plus.
• SolidWorks and/or Creo 3D modeling experience through coursework or internships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product validation testing with detailed test reporting.
• Build prototypes and fixtures per engineering data.
• Test and troubleshoot prototypes in a lab environment.
• Coordinate with engineering on test requests and data.
• Support new product development and sustaining efforts.
