• Willingness to work hands-on with fabrication, assembly, and testing.

• Design and release hardware with mentorship from a full-time engineer.
• Own a defined internship project from requirements through design, prototype and test.
• Build and test prototypes in the shop and on the water; help root-cause failures.
• Create CAD models and drawings; support analysis for parts and assemblies.
• Present work and results to the engineering team.
