Job summary

SAFE Boats International is seeking a Service Technician I - Marine Integration, Finish and Collars in Bremerton, WA to service, repair and maintain boats to ensure mission readiness.

You will install electrical and mechanical components, engines, fuels systems and wiring, and you may travel up to 10% to customer sites for field service and warranty repairs. Strong ABYC knowledge and 12V DC skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade certification preferred.
• Experience with 12V DC electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to read schematics and assemble subsystems.
• Experience with generators, HVAC and navigation equipment.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review scope of work to ensure parts and information are available.
• Install electrical and mechanical components on SAFE Boats products.
• Install motors, engines, wiring and related systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and assist with field service as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with teams.
