Applied Technical Services, LLC is seeking a Marine Inspector to support its Marine Services division in Portland, Oregon. The role involves conducting vessel inspections, hull surveys, thickness gauging, coating assessments, and shipyard oversight on commercial and government vessels, barges, terminals, and marine facilities.

The Senior Marine Inspector will work independently, interface with clients, and travel locally and regionally to perform inspections, ensure QA/QC, and report findings.

Position Summary ATS is seeking an experienced Marine Inspector to support our growing Marine Services division in Portland, Oregon and Southern California. This position requires an individual who can work independently, interface directly with clients, and perform a wide variety of marine inspection, survey, and quality assurance services aboard commercial vessels, government vessels, barges, terminals, and marine facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing vessel inspections, thickness gauging, piping inspections, welding inspections, coating assessments, and shipyard oversight activities. Candidates with certifications or experience working with major classification societies and naval standards are strongly preferred.
