Job summary

Ballard Marine Construction is seeking crew-qualified marine construction workers for docks, boathouses, seawalls, piers, and related shoreline projects. You will perform new construction and restorations, operate equipment, and contribute to safe, efficient project execution on challenging sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience working with woodworking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct marine construction tasks under crew leader guidance.
• Shape, cut, drill, and assemble timber caps and decking.
• Install concrete form ties and assist reinforcement and grading.
• Operate power tools safely and follow safety procedures.
• Perform layout with basic measurement tools.
• Rig loads and guide crane movements for lifts.
• Additional duties as assigned.
