Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience driving industrial vehicles, preferably forklifts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and current auto insurance.
• Current certification to operate forklifts in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and attention to detail.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and maintain balance.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and seasonal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Launch/retrieve boats to assigned locations.
• Maintain and complete safety training as required.
• Identify and report damages to equipment or boats.
• Safely operate customer boats to/from launch dock.
• Inspect machinery, perform routine maintenance and determine repair needs.
• Keep updated records of boat moves and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, efficient and injury-free work environment.
