Resolve Marine Group in Port Everglades, FL seeks a Marine Fire Fighter-North America to respond to emergency marine fire and salvage cases with a 24-hour notice. The role requires travel up to 90% and may involve long shifts during deployments.
You will mobilize to ER cases, work in teams to fight fires, perform salvage support, maintain equipment, and complete required credentials within six months. A high school diploma and at least five years firefighting experience are expected.
The Marine Fire Fighter-North America reports to the OPA-90 Operations Manager and General Manager of Compliance Services. The Marine Fire Fighter-North America is responsible for deploying to emergency response (ER) cases within a 24-hour notice. The ER cases are marine fire and salvage emergency response that happen in a moments notice, crew must be able to respond quickly. While deployed to an emergency response case, the team member may work twelve (12) or more hours per day as dictated by the casualty circumstances.
Up to 90% travel is required. If additional, travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made. For deployment on projects, you must have valid credentials listed above on file within Human Resources.
