Job summary

Strategic Ventures Consulting Group (SVCG), LLC is recruiting an Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA supporting the USMC. The role sits in the ISR Branch of the CE-Intel Division, ensuring MCISR-E capabilities are generated, tracked and prioritized within the Marine Corps Force Development system.

The analyst will assist in LC/MCISR-E requirement development, programmatic funding and DOTMLPF-P analysis, while supporting briefings and staffing packages for senior officers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to work full-time at the government worksite – MCB Quantico VA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Marine Corps intelligence operations and policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining and codifying MCISR-E requirements into JCIDS and other docs.
• Study capabilities, gaps, mitigation, funding, and assist with POM submissions.
• Assist in creating Marine Corps service-level concepts and products via DOTMLPF-P implications.
• Assist in tracking all PoR equipment items via the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS).
• Prepare letters and memoranda per government directives.
• Deliver presentations to support client meetings.
• Present complex analyses to government civilians and US military personnel.
• Provide input to strategic guidance documents.
• Prepare staffing packages for O-6, 1-Star, and 3-Star reviews.
