We are looking for a Marine Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordination of various duties to support Marine Operations. This role will include collaboration between shore and shipboard teams to ensure the highest level of collaboration is always maintained, and any action items are closed to drive operational success. This position will monitor and prioritize tasks and workload required for the Marine Operations Department. In addition to supporting the administration for the department. This position will manage marine Key Performance Indicators and report accordingly. This position will report to the Director Marine Operations.

This position is classified as “in‑office.” As an in‑office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays.
