Job summary

About Us

Sheepscot River Marine Service is a small yet well-known residential marine construction business based on Westport Island, Maine. We specialize in new pier design and construction, floats, ramps and moorings. We also perform repairs to existing dock structures. We have many seasonal ramp and float installations and removals.

Job Overview

We are hiring for a full-time Marine Construction Worker.

This is a hands-on, team oriented work environment. We work outdoors on most days - either on boats or on shore near the water. We are seeking energetic individuals who thrive in outdoor and hands-on environments. Basic carpentry knowledge or experience is a plus as well as the ability to work with mechanical equipment and power tools. Small boat experience is a plus but not required. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver's license / reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
