Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Marine/Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on waterfront infrastructure projects in the Southeast. You will coordinate labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment to meet budgets and schedules.

This role requires 7+ years in marine or heavy civil work, hands-on water experience, and strong safety leadership. Travel may be required; a competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience within Marine or Heavy Civil construction.
• MUST have direct experience working on water.
• Strong knowledge of marine logistics and marine equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for marine and heavy civil construction projects.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment.
• Manage schedules, safety, quality, and production goals.
• Oversee daily operations including pile installation, cofferdams, bulkheads, docks, bridge elements, and concrete operations.
• Maintain communication with PMs, owners, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct planning meetings and ensure manpower/equipment availability.
• Drive project execution while maintaining budget and schedule.
