Job summary

Michels Construction, Inc. Marine Operations in Wisconsin is recruiting a Project Manager, Marine Construction, to lead large, complex projects with budgets from $1M up to $50M.

You will plan, direct and coordinate activities to meet goals on time and within funding parameters, with substantial travel across the United States. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience, PM experience in marine construction or heavy civil, and comfort working on the water in varying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of both.
• Project Management experience in Marine Construction or Heavy Civil is desired.
• Ability to be on the water performing work in varying conditions.
• Position requires extensive travel throughout the United States (50% or more).
• Experience with B2W, Microsoft Project, and AutoCad a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium marine construction projects valued from >$1M to $50M.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure goals are achieved within time and funding parameters.
