Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is expanding its Marine Claims leadership team and seeks an Assistant Vice President to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Marine Claims. Qualifications

• 10+ years of marine claims experience, including progressive leadership.
• Strong knowledge of claims operations, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
• Demonstrated success leading operational improvement and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
