Job summary

A leading dredging company in Texas is seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join their team. The successful candidate will transport heavy equipment and personnel to marine construction sites while adhering to safety regulations. A valid CDL, a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial driving are required. This position offers excellent training and a focus on safety in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B) required.
• DOT Medical Certificate (current and valid) required.
• TWIC card preferred for port access.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A or B vehicles to transport dredging equipment.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment as necessary.

Skills

Commercial driving experience

Knowledge of load securement

Basic mechanical knowledge

Ability to read maps and GPS
