Qualifications

• 2+ years aluminum welding and metal fabrication.
• Direct experience in boat building is a plus.
• Must pass on-site weld/fab test and basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Precision fabrication: fit, shape, form and weld marine-grade aluminum components from keel up.
• Blueprint execution: read 2D blueprints and structural drawings.
• Quality and integrity: self-inspect welds to meet marine standards.
• Refits and custom builds: assist with vessel modifications and repairs.
