Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is hiring for a production line role. The candidate will operate machinery to keep product flowing and verify ingredients and quantities for marination, using handheld scanners for inventory. Must monitor settings, maintain safe conditions, and follow Tyson policies.

The role requires basic math, good communication skills, and the ability to climb stairs with ingredients. Shift is 2ND SHIFT with schedule Monday–Friday and Saturdays; pay is $17.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of products on the line.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings; notify supervisor if maintenance is needed.
• Ensure correct ingredients and quantities for marination; maintain proper temperatures.
• Fill out Quality Assurance verifications and manage ingredient inventory with handheld scanners.
• Communicate issues to Lead/Supervisor immediately and perform duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication to verify products and ingredients.
