Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Prior forklift or heavy equipment experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts.
• Operate heavy forklifts to move boats safely.
• Launch and retrieve boats from the water.
• Greet and assist customers with professional service.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety policies.
