Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC operates the largest marina network and seeks an Equipment Operator for our Shelburne, VT facility. This role handles movement of vessels for haul and launch, storage, or sales, and requires inspection and maintenance of equipment.

Training and benefits are provided as part of the SHM team. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and a forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years' relevant experience preferred.
• Heavy forklift experience and certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including marine forklifts, travelifts, and hydraulic trailers.
• Move vessels to water, storage, or sales areas safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, maintain and repair equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Perform yard work and general maintenance as required.
