Young World Physical Education is looking for two Marching Instructors for Cedar Springs High School for the entire 2026 marching band season. Responsibilities include attending band functions, assisting with show design, and instructing fundamental playing skills.

Applicants must be current employees of EduStaff or willing to become one and be available from August 3. The salary is $14 per hour, with a temporary contract type.

Responsibilities

• Attendance at all band functions.
• Assist with show design.
• Instruction of fundamental playing skills and marching fundamentals.
• Create a positive environment for students.

Skills

Experience in marching in high school or collegiate level

Previous successful marching band instruction at high school level

Extensive knowledge of marching band technique and instruction

Effective communication with students and staff
