Qualifications

• Must be a fluent Marathi speaker with natural, everyday Marathi.
• Ability to distinguish subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery.
• Fluent English for instruction following and reporting.
• High attention to detail; backgrounds in linguistics or translation are a plus.
• Access to a quiet environment and good quality headphones/speakers.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Side-by-side evaluation: comparing text and voice snippets for quality and authenticity.
• Naturalness assessment: listening to AI-generated audio and rating naturalness.

• Contextual review: ensuring intonation matches cultural context of conversations.
• Data tagging: providing feedback on naturalness, tone, and authenticity of audio.
