Job summary

Praesto Enterprises, LLC (DBA JW Machine) is seeking a CNC Machinist to work with a variety of machines according to blueprints and job orders. You will program, set up, and troubleshoot customer jobs, inspect parts, and perform basic maintenance while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in a precision CNC shop, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as CNC machinist in a job shop production environment.
• 5+ years setting up and troubleshooting CNC precision machining jobs.
• Ability to read and inspect parts per blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring tools to take accurate measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• 5+ years experience applying GD&T.
• Mazatrol experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team! As a Machinist, you will be working with a variety of machines and manufacturing equipment as needed and per blueprint or job order specifications. You will also be repairing and maintaining your equipment as needed, assisting other machinists with larger tasks, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, previous experience in a precision CNC job shop environment, and the ability to work well with minimal supervision.
