Job summary

MillarRich is seeking a MAPs Specialist to support Medicaid Alternative Pathways initiatives, technology implementation, and related projects. You will help develop new service models, oversee caseloads of MAPs participants, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure program compliance and successful outcomes.

Qualified candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree and have experience with data entry, confidentiality, and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Two years' experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with corporate strategic planning for MAPs initiatives.
  • Maintain a caseload of MAPs individuals and conduct monthly meetings.
  • Develop and submit service templates and review materials.
  • Collaborate with COS, MillarRich departments, and DDA to meet MAPs goals.
  • Ensure planning information is prepared and submitted for meetings.
  • Provide routine status reports on caseload achievements or concerns.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews for MAPs programs.
