Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Welding Engineer to support the production of residential and commercial water heating and treatment products. You will design, develop, and optimize welding processes for tanks, components, and assemblies to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introductions, automation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in welding process development, troubleshooting, and procedure creation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a performance-driven, safety-focused, and innovative environment.
• Experience leading weld trials and developing weld procedures.
