Kress Corporation in Brimfield, IL is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Welder for 1st shift to join our team in developing specialized industrial equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries. The Welder will independently assemble, fit, and weld metal components to specification using electric arc-welding equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Multi pass welding experience required.
• Flux core experience a plus.
• Candidate must successfully complete a Kress administered welding test.

• Flat, horizontal, overhead, and vertical weld positions.
• Manually groove or scarf surface with oxy-fuel cutting torch.
